In consequence of your present pecuni=ary
arrangement with me I give you this declaration
under my hand that if my book of selections & critiques
be not delivered to you entirely in Ms within six
months from the first of March ensuing I shall
consider you as completely free from the bargain
& shall consider myself your debtor for the
£150 - advanced —
