Occaſion to Congratulat with Her, upon
ye good News of ye Late Victory So I
make no doubt ye Gentlemen of ye ſhire
of Dumbarton will be ready to Imbrace
the firſt opportunity of ſhoweing
their zeall by ane early addreſs
which is ye reaſon of my appointing
a meeting of yt ſhire on tueſday next
att Dmbartoun where I deſign to be
againſt Two a Clock and ſhall be
gladd to ſee yow there being
