The missing papers in this Submiſsion were
handed to Principal Macfarlane by Mr Andr Mitchell
in Dec 1839 who was to peruse them with a
view to a consultation with Mr Binnie for the
purpose of attempting a compromise. Since then
Mr. A. M. has several times requested both Principal
Macfarlane & Dr Fleming to take some steps
which they have not done. It is supposed that as
the precognitions were not what was [¿]
