R: Sir
Mr Anderſon preſents his Compliments to Mr Wilson,
and, if convenient for him at eleven o'clock this day, desires
a sight of the following papers, that copies may be made
of them.
1. The ſecond Trial of Dr Moor, not that with Mathie,
which was the third. This was demanded twice in ſummer
last in writing, but not exhibited, and no anſwer
was given in writing. It is quoted in the Record.
2. The Lord Advocate's Letter, which is quoted in
the Duplies of Mr Cullen
3. The Pricipal's Letters to his Lordship, and which
are referred to in the said Duplies.
4. Lord Sydney's Letter, quoted in the said Duplies,
and the Pricpal's Letters which gave rise to it.
Mr Anderſon begs to know whether he can ſee
these Papers in the Faculty Room, because if they are
in Edinburgh, or if in the College, and if they cannot
be shown by Mr Wilson, it will be unneceſſary
to go to the Faculty Room.
