Yow are hereby Ordered to make Intimation
to Robert Boyd Merchant in Glasgow, That he,
in the terms of his bond of preſentation dated the
twentieth sixth day of February jajvijC and thirty
three years, preſent the person of Galbreath
Richardson late student in the University of
Glasgow, before John Orr of Barrowfield preſent
Rector of the said Univerſity upon the tenth day
of Aprile next at four a clock in the afternoon
in the faculty room within the College, In order
to his being tried for his alleged Crime of Duelling
with and Wounding John McAdam's lately from
Ireland, and take instruments in the hands of a
Notary publick upon your having made the said
Intimation to the said Robert Boyd.
