I saw Mr
Watt, found him
most reasonable.
He at once made
your proposal to
half it, without
interest. He is,
however, to see
his [entitlements],
and meet one
at half past
nine oclock tomorrow.
I
shall thereafter
see the Town Clerk
of Ayr. Thanks
for your assistance
of course no settlement
shall be made till
all parties consent
