Text S1M-243 Mr Tom McCabe (Hamilton South) (Lab) : Designation of Lead Committees— That the Parliament agrees- the following designations of committees: the Justice and Home Affairs Committee to be the lead committee in the consideration of the Abolition of Feudal Tenure etc. (Scotland) Bill; the Justice and Home Affairs Committee to be the lead committee in the consideration of the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Bill and that the Bill should also be considered by the Health and Community Care Committee; the Social and Inclusion, Housing and Voluntary Sector Committee and the Local Government Committee to report to the Justice and Home Affairs Committee on the Abolition of Poindings and Warrant Sales Bill; and the Rural Affairs Committee to be the lead committee in the consideration of the Plant Health (Scotland) Amendment (No.2) Order 1999 (SSI 1999/129) and that the Order should also be considered by the European Committee.
