The clerks should be consulted about the wording and admissibility of amendments. The last day on which amendments may be lodged is two days before the Stage. Amendments may be lodged until 4.30 pm on any sitting day, except on the last day when amendments may be lodged, when the deadline is 2.00 pm (Rule 9.10.2). Members are advised to lodge amendments in good time before the beginning of the Stage, and as early as possible during the day. It is expected that Stage 2 proceedings will be on Tuesday 5 February 2002 and therefore the deadline for lodging amendments for the Marshalled List will be 2.00 pm on Friday 1 February 2002.
