“Out after the Bush Rangers”

Friday 7th. Capt. [?] & Mr. Dudgeon went away in the morning to Launceston, to see Mr. [?] grant of Land, which will detail them 10 or 14 days. There are upwards of 90 men of the 40th. out after the Bush Rangers.
